Many things to mention - everything was tidy, good food, exceptional views. It was in a central setting right next to the old town. I ate at the outdoor restaurant near the hotel.

Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Lucerne. My 4 nights in Lucerne were very nice. Brand-new room and friendly communication with the staff. Early check-in.

Well-trained staff, great bed and prime location. The units are opulent, adequate. A short walk to the clean beach. In fact, it's just a short stroll away from a covered wooden footbridge, one of the tourist spots.

perfect breakfast, outstandingly friendly staff, exceptional location. i enjoyed that the king room was very well decorated and classic double. a perfect beach, magnificent view. and it was walk from a railway station. easy check-out too. secured venue, great value.

It was located not far from the central station. Really centrally located hotel. A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like Cafe Corso that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Excellent home base for vacation in Lucerne;))
